Membership
Membership is open to Old Boys of Government College Victoria Island and is confirmed after verification. You must give accurate information and keep your login private. The Executive may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Association's rules.
Conduct
Be respectful in chats and discussion groups. Do not post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or misleading content, or use the portal for spam or unauthorised advertising. Administrators may remove posts and comments and restrict accounts.

Dues and donations are paid to the Association account shown on the portal and are confirmed by the Finance Officer before they appear as confirmed. Welfare and assistance requests are reviewed through the executive approval stages and are linked to your dues contribution score. Approval is not guaranteed.
Voting
Each eligible member may vote once in each exercise. Votes are recorded separately from member identity.
Content you submit
You remain responsible for what you post. You give the Association permission to display it on the portal for the purposes described.

We work to keep the portal available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, the Association is not liable for losses arising from use of the portal.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Continued use means you accept the update.
